Our Committee of Management

Annie Dennis Children’s Centre is an incorporated association bound by a constitution and governed by a committee of management. The committee is made up of parent volunteers all of whom are elected each year at the annual general meeting. The responsibility of the committee includes strategic planning, policy development, financial management and to support the centre director in operational decisions. The committee of management consists of executive members, the director, a staff representative and general members. The current committee is listed below.

Our sub committees

We also have a number of sub-committees that support many of the ongoing centre responsibilities in the areas of Centre Projects, Policy, Website, Social and fundraising Events and Staffing.

How to Get Involved

We actively encourage parents to be involved in the committee of management or you may prefer to join a sub-committee where you can work with a small group of people on individual projects or tasks. Anyone within the Annie Dennis community can join the committee of management or a sub-committee, including parents and extended family members and it’s a great way to get to know the centre.

Committee of Management meet monthly
